We are aware of a remaining issue where in very limited circumstances odd mesages are being delivered to customers, normally showing with a "*****SPAM*****" heading which would normally be blocked. . This is an issue we are investigating at present..

We apologise to those customers affected and are taking corrective action progressively to resolve this for customers.

How often is this information updated?

We publish information on any service issues as soon as we become aware of them. Where we have no issues no changes are made to this page.
